26.05.16Very strict check in and check out time. We got someone entering our room without knocking at 9am, the check out is 10am. Overall it's very hospitable aside from the usual look down on foreigners and zero ability to speak any language other than Japanese. Apart from staff, the place itself and the breakfast are fantastic in all aspects.

26.04.06 Staff were very attentive, quietly observe and provided timely services.
Onsen had the quality of a traditional onsen, water quality was fantastic .
26.03.05 This accommodation is very convenient as it is located right next to the bus stop. The bath facilities are also well-furnished and the food was tasty.

Staff are very friendly and helpful
The Japanese style futon on tatami mat was very comfortable for us despite being something we are not used to. The head pillow was especially comfortable.
The not so good:
Room was dusty, kind of cold (in the winter), the onsen was a but outdated compared to some of the other facilities we have visited.
Other things to note:
Bring cash to this town! ATM is only open on the weekdays. The whole town smells like sulphur including inside this hotel.
