Positives...The rooms were big and cleaned daily. Water, soap shampoo,toothbrush toothpaste provided. Staff helpful. Location ok as we were using taxis all over. Negatives...There were many indians staying at the hotel who preferred veg breakfast. But just salads and boiled pasta,porridge. Finally i informed them to add fruits as we dont prefer meats. No emergency medical kit. I had sprained my leg and all the pharmacies were closed. Reception did not have any pain tablets, spray, gel. Being a 4 star and no emergency kit is shocking. They dont even have hand or body lotion . Hope they start keeping an emergency kit in hotel . Rates are high.

The location is good where you can get variety of foods just outside the hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly.

​I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. While the overall facilities were good, and both the cleanliness and the food were quite satisfactory, I had a significant issue with the room temperature. ​Despite the outside temperature being 9°C, the heating system and air conditioning in my room were not functioning. I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, but they only apologized without providing a solution or an alternative. As a result, it was extremely cold for all five nights of my stay. ​It is a shame because everything else was quite good, but the lack of basic heating made the stay very uncomfortable.
