In-house bar was closed during my stay
For some reason, a/c just auto-shut off during the last night of stay
Toilet’s light is on motion sensor- e.g while taking a shower, lights will go off; Due to bed’s position, a bit of movement triggers the toilet’s light to auto-on in the middle of the night - at least for my room configuration- Standard Room Queen Bed
22.08.11 I have problem with my credit card so i was using cash to pay for the payment. To my surprise this hotel is not cash friendly that they dont have change for my payment….
22.07.12 Roof top bar wasn’t open, very disappointing.
22.05.23 This is the worst in the city. You don’t get a room you booked. Then there’s no one you can speak to. The only person on the property, the front desk says, “you can leave you don’t like the room. I don’t want to talk about your reservation.” I’m not kidding. It’s what I really heard there.
22.04.28 This hotel has no amenities, restaurant closed, ice machines not working anywhere in hotel, ant and garbage in room. The customer service is not good either. I checked out and booked another hotel within 5 hours there.
