26.05.22 Our first time in Shanghai. This hotel certainly didn't disappoint. The breakfast was different each day with a choice of English or Chinese. Very good quality. Staff at reception and in the breakfast room we're very friendly. Room very spacious and it was cleaned daily. Lovely toiletries. Free mini at which was topped up daily. Pepsi, water, can of beer and iced tea. Hotel just across the road from exit 14 at peoples park metro station. A 5 minute walk to Nanjing road. Lots of eating places around. We can't wait to return. We are already planning a trip back next year.
26.05.15 The location is perfect, just steps away from People's Square metro. Staff was exceptionally helpful and even helped to follow up on my Taobao parcel ensuring it arrived in time for me to collect it before leaving
26.05.03 Nice little hotel, great room and amazing bathroom. Staff were very nice, the minibar is included, the breakfast change everyday, only the gym could be more modern and unfortunately no swimming pool but that’s the only weak point the location is really convenient and the staff are nice and helpful I would go back there without hesitation
