We stayed here for Sinulog where the venue is just 10 minutes walking distance. If you're planning to stay near colon, this is where you would stay. but don't expect too much.

Location is near Basilica del Sto Nino, perfect during Sinulog. The room offers the basic stuff we need. However the cabinets were not cleaned properly, there are dust left. But overall, it's a nice stay.

If you are looking for a place close by the heart of Cebu, it's a great location. Very accessible to pretty much everywhere you want to go. If you are in a budget, I would say my stay was just fine. I just wished the shower works, and they removed the used soap when I first entered the room.

Dear Agoda Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at La Gloria Inn from January 18 to January 20, 2025. I had booked two rooms for the Sinulog festival, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, especially given the reputation of your establishment. Upon entering the rooms, it was immediately evident that they were not properly maintained. Both rooms were dirty, with a significant amount of dust and debris. The air conditioning units were in poor condition, with dirty filters that affected the airflow, making the rooms uncomfortable. Additionally, the toilets were in unacceptable condition: there was no toilet paper provided, and the smell in the bathroom was unpleasant, akin to a sewer. The situation was so severe that it triggered my allergic rhinitis. I immediately reported these issues to the front desk, and while someone came to check, there was no improvement. The poor sanitation and lack of follow-through on the complaint are concerning, especially as this presents a health risk. Furthermore, I observed staff members loitering in the lobby, and even sleeping on the couches during operational hours, which gave an unprofessional impression of the hotel. As a paying guest, I expected a clean and comfortable environment, but sadly, this stay was a complete disappointment. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues for future guests. Cleanliness and professionalism are basic expectations in any hospitality setting. Given the nature of the problems I encountered, I would appreciate a formal response and any steps you intend to take to rectify these concerns. I believe i am entitled to compensation due to the issues I encountered during my stay. The facility is not recommendable at all!!
