There is no pool despite what the description and pictures show. Similarly the gym equipment are run down and don't work. This is because it's run by an external company that clearly have no interest in maintenance. Similarly the other areas are contracted to cafes and restaurants meaning the common area is not really belonging to the hotel. It's just a small mall. Therefore there is nowhere you can sit and rest or work outside the room without buying something from the business. You essentially get a decent room and breakfast in what is supposed to be a five star hotel. It definitely isn't.

The underlying problem is that they have contracted out a lot of the amenities to external companies. This meant that... 1. The gym is very run down and almost none of the equipment actually works. It looks nothing like the pictures. The gym also officially opens at 9am which is very late considering the breakfast is until 10am. There is no pool either, despite being listed as an amenity. It has been out of service for quite some time. 2. All of the common areas are also managed by other businesses. Essentially there is no lobby, only a few cafes and restaurants that functions the same as a shopping mall. There is nowhere to sit and work/rest unless you buy something from the businesses. Finally, the staff informed us that there is nowhere to do laundry in the city and that meant we had to hand wash all our clothes and dry them in the room. We later realised that we were given false information and there are laundry places in the area If you want a decent room with a good breakfast (albeit a bit overpriced), then you might enjoy your stay, but forget about using any of the other amenities.
