25.09.11The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I gave this hotel a rating of five for value for money because every other hotel in Washington DC wanted *** per night, but the rate at this Motel 6 was *** per night, approximately 50% cheaper than all of the other nearby hotels. My biggest complaint with the room was that there were no electrical outlet near the desk.

22.10.13This is a no frills, need somewhere reasonably priced to stay, older hotel. The room was clean and the shower was hot. The walls are thin and you will hear noise in rooms beside you and in the hallway but it fit my needs and I was too exhausted after walking around DC all day to care. Bonus: the Tacoma Metro Station is a quick 15 min walk away. Staff was nice. Would consider staying again.

26.04.22My husband and I travel frequently—both within the U.S. and internationally—so we’ve stayed in all kinds of hotels. This was just a one-night stop during our two-week road trip through the Midwest and the South, but unfortunately, it was one of the worst stays we’ve experienced.
The property feels very run down and poorly maintained. For around *** a night, we expected at least basic cleanliness and comfort, but that wasn’t the case. Hygiene was a major concern—there was no tissue paper provided, the towels were visibly yellowed, and the bedsheets didn’t feel clean.
The room itself was also very impractical. There was only one working outlet, and the bathroom was extremely small—to the point where you had to step into the bathtub just to close the door.
Common areas like the lobby, hallways, and elevator were noticeably dirty, and the staff were not particularly welcoming.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I would rather take a chance somewhere else.
