Homeless people sleeping all around accesses to apartment car parking. Quite scary at nightime when returning back to the apartment by myself. Floors in elevators & floors to each apartment filthy from rubbish. WIFI - was difficult to work from the apartment as WIFI was slow, or continuously cutting out.
