To the Management Team, I am writing to formally bring a distressing incident to your attention. I stay at this Motel 6 location regularly and have always valued the service here, but my experience on 05/3/2026 at approximately 4am was a major disappointment. I had an interaction with a staff member Desiree that was unprofessional and immature. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, which made my night miserable. Specifically, when she said that I need to be grateful that she even got me a room, and I explain that I recently had a miscarriage and please let me check in I had 2 nights with no sleep and she said well we don't care about your personal situation the system kicked me out so I can't do anything about it she spoke to me in an aggressive tone when I asked for assistance" As a regular guest, I have a high regard for this business, but this encounter was far below the standard of professional service I expect. I am sharing this because I want to continue staying here, but I need to know that the staff will remain professional. "I am a frequent guest at this Motel 6, but my experience last night was completely unacceptable. I was treated with an incredible amount of rudeness by a staff member named Desiree Her behavior was unprofessional, immature, and dismissive. Instead of providing basic assistance, she was unnecessarily mean and made my entire night miserable. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with common courtesy. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses her conduct, as this is not the level of service that keeps regulars coming back

Great location. facility is kinda crummy but if you are attending an event at Allegiant Stadium, you can walk. We just walked to the Morgan Wallen concert, it was great, no taxi, no uber. no hassle. Just book early :)
