I had to find a place for my dad its all bad for 1. The place dont look nothing like what it is online 2. All we had was a dirty a** room the microwave dont work 3. Outside its a car graveyard over here and its hard to park and it's near the hood 4. We dont have no door for the bathroom and they give you a house key and only the bottom key works overall unless your really down on your luck and dont wanna sleep on the streets or your car do not come here and the front office look like a garage

The room was filthy, a rancid and tattered old piece of foam for a mattress. The shower was almost unusable. People walked right up to my door trying to sell drugs or sex. One night a man was screaming outside my door, then he shot the windows out. Literally, bullets flying around my room. Everyone is struggling. I dont want to condemn the staff or owners. This is a national failure, and we all know who to blame for the decline. E. Oakland has never been like *this* before.
