Worth the money

Probably our favorite hotel in a 2 week stay. English speaking staff was a plus, Onsen was great. Time capsule rooms were fun and the location can't be beat.

숙소에서 비용이 지불이 되어서 여분의 돈을 가져가지 않았다면 큰일 날 뻔했다.. 예약시에 확인하셔야할 듯 그래도 옆에 로손도 있고 주변에 구경할 때도 있어서 가격대비 괜찮았음 온천이 작지만 근처에 있는 다른 온천보다 물이 좋았음

建物は古いですが、室内は広くきれいで源泉掛け流しの温泉が熱めではありましたが、とても気持ち良かったです。部屋数が少ないので、ほぼ貸し切り状態でお風呂に入れましたし、館内はとても静かに過ごせました。布団が敷き掛け共に薄いのが難点です。

The inn is still 1 hour bus and train ride to Hakone. Nice natural hot spring and big rooms However we encountered one rude staff who was banging our door and very rude tone to my husband who’s from France and first time to Japan. It turns out there is a misunderstanding with the other checkin staff but the non-Japanese staff tone can be softer because we had no clue. She was so much focused on what she has been told and not listen to us when I offered an interim solution. I felt that she’s gonna kicked us of the inn. As a customer service personnel, she should at least be police to us then we will go beyond to help to solve the problem but we only got scolding at.
