The staff were friendly and willing to help. Location of the hotel is very convenient, literally just in front of the station.

Paid extra for a deluxe room and it was mouldy

Feel very comfortable for the overall stay, train station right Infront the hotel, very convenient

Overall room and toilet are clean. The water pressure is good and hot water gets hot fast. Toilet got cigarette smoke smell. Soundproof is bad. Can hear next door phone notification ring. Middle of night got people (maybe hotel guests?) talking which we can hear. Next door TV sound can hear. For the weekend price I paid, I can stay in another 4-star hotel (not So near mrt but near also). This place would be more for if you are planning to tour Taipei around Beitou or Shilin Jiantan.
