25.11.30I paid Agoda App $*** to book the room for 14 nights. This hotel said they did not receive my mom from Agoda. They wanted me to pay around $*** They wanted more money plus 4% card fee. I said cancel my booking since you won't let me use it. Give me a refund. The hotel said after you pay the extra money and no cancellation fee. Which is $**. So I paid the money on my card. The hotel management kept telling me their emailing Agoda. Everytime I talked to Agoda they refused to wave the $** cancel fee. The manager kept telling me the opposite and wait don't talk to Agoda. Maybe he was trying to keep double money. After a lot of fighting on text with Agoda after 3 tries. Agoda kept saying it's up to the hotel to waive the fee but they said no. I showed Agoda I paid extra more than the original amount. They return my money in 1 day after tell me 30 days to return my money. So both Agoda and this hotel is horrible. The room is old and nasty not clean. The hotel staff had a bad attitude. Arguing with many customers. Plus no English.

25.11.14 I already paid in Agoda because booking for two hours not overnight,,They ask me pay extra 1,344,000 VND said will help me ask Agoda for refund and have email issue they still no help me settle the problem service so perfunctory 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
25.11.12 They pretend to offer full days but make you book again after using this app. Their facility is dirty and the staff was so unprofessional. They refused to give me a refund, terrible experience and they need to be taken off of this platform
