25.09.13The room was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly had no problems here.
24.10.18 Old dated. Furniture banged up. Wall outlets missing covers. Lots of pot smoking going on. It is at end of strip across from Circus Circus. Reno is pretty much nasty and deserted.
24.10.04 Some of the linens need to be rewashed.And some of the clientele are a little rough. But for the price you can't beat it. Great location, 2 minute walk from circus circus and a Walgreens.
24.09.10 "The price was right" Ownership of the facilities fails to keep up maintenance. For too many irrigularities due to lack of attention to details, curtain rod not attached on one end; electrical outlet with no plate, mirror molding detached from the wall, lens missing form lightbulb in bathroom, bath faucet un-attached to wall backing, etc. That said, the bed was soft, clean, and the price was right.
24.07.26 After 9 hours of driving we pull up there is absolutely no parking. The lady at the front desk was under the influence and very combative when we asked where to park. She told us they have twice as many rooms as parking spots and we just had “figure it out”. After the maintenance man telling us to park in the fire lane who was also heavily under the influence continued to bang on the door telling us to move the van every 2 hours. There was cigarette ashes on the covers and the shower curtain was smelled of mildew. The bed was horrible and very springy. When we asked to get a refund we were told we would be charged the same amount as the room for a cancellation.
