The Spa area with swimming pool, hot and steam sauna is great. julia the masseuse forgot the chest area and disappeared when notified, otherwise average 60min massage. Cleaners were excellent and also helped out with any questions you might have. Receptionist was a rookie and gave contradicting info on room service amex payment option. Overall a nice stay at this Spa hotel, breakfast lovely.

Beautiful room at a very scenic location. But for such a price, I would expect a bit more refinement in facilities and service. When we checked in, a major light in the room wasn't working. The service tired for a couple of hours to fix it but couldn't. Next day we were told that it would be fixed or our room would be changed. There was absolutely no follow up or information exchanged on that matter any time. We stayed at the semi dark room, tired of following up from our side. We had to follow up for basic room amenities like soaps etc. For breakfast one day the coffee machine broke down. So there was no coffee. I guess it could have been arranged from one of their restaurants. I believe these small things make a difference between a good and an exceptional property and service.

The hotel staff just entered our room without any call or knock from the balcony as they thought that the room got locked from inside. Horrible and scary experience! When asked upon they said we apologize.

Great place to stay. Very close to Medeu cable car station for Shybulak. Large rooms with great service and beautiful mountain view. The staff is very courteous and always eager to listen and help. Their restaurant serves amazing food, including local cuisine and has a great wine collection. Highly recommend
