Real Life AOYAMA

Location: very convenient to access by AOYAMA 1-chome subway station. Space: reasonable room design, suitable for a 3-ppl family trip. Shortfall: have to climb steps to rooms, thus not friendly to travelers’ with big luggage

I booked this unit for 2 Nights. On day 1 I notice a light musty smell. The next day at night I was trying to figure out where the smell was coming from cause it got worse. I thought it was coming from outside cause it was on the ground level, but it turned out to be the comforter on the 2nd bed that i wasn’t using. I don’t think it has been washed cause that smell was horrible. I told the host this problem, so hopefully future guest won’t have to experience this problem.

아오야마잇초메역이랑 가깝고 롯폰기와도 가까운 위치입니다. 쇼핑가기 좋아 긴자, 시부야, 오모테산도, 하라주쿠 접근성이 다 좋습니다. 조용한 동네에 위치 하고 길거너 편의점도 있어서 좋습니다. 룸컨디션도 좋고 체크인시 호텔에서 연락도 빨리해주고 영어도 잘되어 의사소통에 어려움도 없었습니다. 3박4일동안 잘 있다가 갑니다.

1층방을 배정받았는데 햇볕이 전혀없고 사생활침해가 심각했다. 길가에 그냥 붙어있음. 일층인줄 알았더라면 예약하지않았을것이다. 적어도 미리 알려줬어야했다. 시설은 호텔과 차이가많다. 기대가커서 실망도 크다.

It was so good to stay here. Location is the best and our room is clean and easy to use. I recommend this.
