Satoi Omiya Gojo Seishi

Had to cancel the whole japan trip due to a medical emergency and this hotel was next on our itenary. The management was also unforgiving and would not give a refund for the stay even though we have supporting documents from hospital. Agoda couldn’t do anything because hotel was too cruel to honor any emergency request and greedy for money, “strict no refund policy” not caring for any customers situation. Couldn’t imagine what their service would be like. Would not recommend, stay far far away.
