The rooms are small but offer close availability to the beach and Pismo shops and restaurants. Our room have a great view of the ocean.

Watch the surfers from your room with a view of the Pier! Older motel but decorated nicely and clean. All rooms have everything you need, hair dryers, fridge and microwave., on the beach walkable to shops, restaurants and Harry's with live rock bands🎶🎸🍺

I was looking for something close to the beach but not too pricey. I was astonished with the location of this place. Right on top of the beach. We had a clear view of the beach from our room. When we entered on room it smelled nice and everything clean. We had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. They even had shampoo. We did asked for iron and they were accommodating. The man, owner, was sooo sweet. We asked for an upper unit and it didn’t disappoint. It got a bit hot at times and we used the ceiling fans and there was an extra fan in the room as well. In the evenings we left the room door open to witness the sunset and take in the cool breeze and we weren’t the only ones. Neighbors were pleasant and friendly too. Maybe it was the vibe here but it was very peaceful. There were people passing by, as the entrance to the beach as there. Parking is right in front as well. It is centrally located and we didn’t rent a car. If we wanted to go out of the location we used uber or Lyft. Price for that wasn’t bad, $11. The only thing I have to say is that the mattress could use a change because it was a bit hard for my liking. One thing I must say is to visit Dinosaur Park and walk around the cliffs and there is another park to explore. Watch the sunset there. They are breathtaking. There are hot springs too. You can spend the day for about $29 person too. You do have to take an uber for these locations. Visit the lighthouse and turn it into a picnic. The food was all delicious. We went Cool cats, chown down, yogurt, candy shop, tacos and cinnamon rolls too. Sorry I forgot the names of the places. Over all, I will be coming back to this location. We fell in love with it!!!!!
