25.03.02Hotel is clean and run efficiently. The issue is that the hotel is next door to a homeless shelter, some of whose resident camp outside on the only road between the hotel and the metro.
If you rent and car and drive it is not an issue, but if you have to walk to the metro to get downtown, be prepared to navigate a casual homeless encampment in the process.
This is not the fault of the hotel, but they could avoid the problem by having a golf-cart and doing drop-off / pick-up from the metro if they really have no control over the situation outside their entrance.
