26.03.30 The staff were very friendly and helpful people. Clean sheets and quiet.
The facility itself had some problems: furniture in really worn and bad shape, no phone in the room, no washcloth, exposed outlets, scum inside the bathtub. Carpets could’ve been cleaner. The neighborhood felt safe. The cost was commiserate with the facility. It seems a fair value for the amount that I paid for the room.
26.03.19 If I were have the opportunity to express myself about the service I were it said that they all need some hospitality classes alone with customers service satisfaction.
26.03.15 As traveling for business this motel has the necessities to have a comfortable evening with amenities to start your day off right
26.03.14 The room is 219 and it smells horrible. The carpet is dirty and the beds' sheets are questionable. One of the beds' sheets had hair and the other bed sheets has a cigar hole. People definitely smoke in this room and the room is not clean. It was difficult to sleep with the smoke/perfume smell. I guess the hotel staff tried to cover the smoke smell.
