Large room, clean & nice staff. The table, chairs & fixtures were run down, lots of scratches on furniture & rusting fixtures. Although if the updated this it would prob be double the rate 😉

typical motel setup, rooms around a courtyard. room was very clean, updated, quality of furnishings was good. view of morro rock from 2nd floor. walk 2 blocks to waterfront. check in lady was very nice. not a lot of insulation between rooms, next door neighbors were too loud first night, but they left, other 2 nights were fine. fridge, microwave, hot shower, wifi, everything worked.

Great location within 2 blocks walking distance to the Embarcadero, which has many shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. There weren't any coffee in the lobby, but there were coffee and cups provided in the room. Hotel. staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again for our next visit Morro Bay.

Just two blocks from the Embarcadero, and a block away from the intersection of Morro Boulevard and Main Street, the very heart of Morro Bay, with easy walking access to restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater, post office, supermarket, and a lot more. Very spacious room – easily accommodated my bike and 7 pieces of luggage without clutter. Comfortable single king size bed with a firm mattress and four pillows. Full closet. Openable window in the shower. Table to work at. One caution, which to be fair seems to be true in competing motels as well — what they call "high speed internet" is actually under 5 mbps maximum download speed.
