It's Clean and the staff are nice. Basic motel but great value and location.

Most horrific experience of my life 😭 A lady was yelling BLOODY MURDER from 12-2am. I thought she was being beat up because it sounded like that, but I never heard another voice. Police came at 2am and it stopped, but I was still terrified to sleep because it happened right above me and they were leaving their room. Also, the windows aren't bolted shut and they could break into any room. Also the beds had hair in them and they gave me the wrong size. Also had old KFC in the fridge and food on the floor. Overall I didn't sleep, felt disgusting, it Was NOT SAFE and the worst experience of my life.😭😭 One step above from being on the streets though.

We drove up Highway 1 for spring break with no place to stay, when Pacific Inn popped up we checked in late, after 9pm staff was nice and accommodating, we had a small issue with the tv remote not functioning properly and they came right up and re-programmed it for us. We just needed a place to sleep and be able to shower. It was quiet at night, although it is on a main street, if need be would stay here again.

Is a lower price than other hotels, but you get what you pay for. Bed was hard as a rock. The sheets didn't really smell clean, like they are just run through the washer with no soap. The night clerk charged us a $100 deposit after we were told we were good to go on our booking. Then wouldn't give a receipt for the deposit. Then said if he caught us smoking inside the parking lot he would take our deposit. He acted a little hostile over us asking questions about the deposit. When we woke up and went out, there were cigarette buts all over the parking lot, not ours...wonder if they got their deposit back? Then my husband asked for his deposit and they tried to act like they didn't know what we were talking about. So will not stay there again, will pay for a more well known hotel
