Very cheap, amazing pool, humble room, the greatest staff

Pretty average.

Great location, decent rooms for the price. Nice swimming pool

You get what you pay for, price considered for location great, and nice quiet pool, but don't expect amenities, like shampoo, soap, coffee, tea kettle. They did provide 2 bottles of water. Room was spacious, AC works fine, and a balcony (shared but felt like our own) with view of ocean between lush trees, was a bonus. We loved that there a 3 tiny birds nests in the stairwell, with 2 tiny swallows in each, which was adorable. Staff was friendly too.

The group I’m traveling with got scammed at a different place. There were limited options to stay at, but the sandatmas was open. It isn’t a 5 star establishment, but it was clean and the staff are friendly. I would recommend if you are in a pinch but wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay.
