The staff service was also the worst. The staff member showed an uncomfortable expression toward me because communication was difficult, and her service was unfriendly and When I first entered the room, there was a bad smell. I tried to have a cup of coffee, but the cup was covered in dust. The bathroom sink drain was clogged, so even after brushing my teeth once, the sink filled up with water. I asked for help, but the problem was never resolved. The price is not cheap at all, yet the facilities are far from hotel quality. The towels smelled terrible. There were no amenities provided other than water and coffee/tea bags. I truly regret choosing this accommodation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. without any smile. Instead of trying to help, her attitude made communication even more difficult and unpleasant.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, the towels had a very bad smell and were unusable. The staff was not responsible, and the reception had unpredictable opening hours, so it was never clear when someone would be available. There was frequent miscommunication — we were told one thing and then something completely different later, which was confusing and frustrating.

We stayed there for 3 night on our first trip to Phuket, so we were not too sure about what to expect. However, once we reached to the hotel, we were jubilant and amazed of the cleanliness, the room space and the distance from the beach (stone throw away) and the friendliness of the staff starting from the reception the room service. All of it at a very reasonable price. Not just that, it’s located on the street where we found more food options than we could explore during our trip and ample of markets to get all the stuff one might need for daily needs and all buy beach stuff and souvenirs too. We highly recommend it to everyone to try out.
