This is not a fault of the property. Just want to warn other travellers about my experience. Someone stole my expensive coffee grinder that I left at the kitchen - there is no CCTV at the kitchen. But the scarier part for me is that my oil cleanser and hand creams were stolen inside our room. The their is very clever, they did not steel my MacBook that you can easily notice once gone. Anyway, the location of this place is very good literally at the bar district. So this is really a place if you want to save money not a place for you to be comfortable.

Pros 1. 4-5 minutes from Metro station 2. All important markets and touristic attarcations nearby - within walking distance. 3. Only 2 stops from main Train cum Sub way Station - Busan Train Station 4. Free water 5. Nice cosy place for chitchat at the rooftop 6. BIFF nearby Cons 1. No lift ( it is on 1st floor)

バフ広場から徒歩すぐで近くには飲食店が多くあり立地が最高です 完全無人オペレーションですが名前と部屋番号が載った紙があるので問題ない シャワーはお湯が出なかったが値段を考慮すると許容範囲内

The property is right beside BIFF square. Everything is very accessible, just few steps to the subway and bus station, convenience store and food resto are just downstairs. Everything is good however there’s no staff on duty if you have any question or need assistance. But overall, highly recommended. Cleanliness is superb! Common areas is always clean.
