22.07.28Location cannot be found via google maps and even via waze. Name is different from the actual signage. Phone number registered in agoda is also different. That makes the hotel hard to find. Besides, it is actually located in a residential area, since the hotel is a residential house converted to inn.

23.04.13The room that was given was not what I booked. No bathroom inside the room. I booked for a SINGLE queensize bed but was given 2 double beds. No TV as was supposed to be included in the room that was originally booked. When we arrived we tried to pay for our 2 day booking but the frontdesk/cashier doesn’t have change for the 2 1k bills we handed. Gave us back the other 1k bill and told them we will give them the lacking 360php… Staff couldn’t wait… knocked on our door several times just to get the 360php when they can very well asked it from us upon checking out! No respect for privacy even at night they would knock on our door!!!! Like we owe them much!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN EVER!!!’
