26.04.24We chose the Red Rock thermal motel for the thermal spa but it was mildly warm and the spa jets did not work. I understand the hotel does not control the temperature of the earth, but even the hottest water setting in the shower was only tepid and the in-room heater did not produce heat. It was clean and the staff was friendly but our visions of being toasty warm and boiling ourselves in hot water were not fulfilled.
26.04.13 We had a lovely stay at the Red rock, had everything we needed, clean and staff were lovely. Close to amenities and walking distance to parks. Would recommend.
26.03.02 Although the reservation said kids stay free, they charged us extra for the kids. We also had 1 additional adult join the group so didn't mind paying for her but for the children they shouldn't have charged.
26.02.22 The hot pool was dirty, with a lot of moss floating in it.
26.02.08 This is our second time staying at Redrock Motel, but it will be our last. The curtains and blinds were tatty, and the pillows were far too thin. Additionally, the private indoor spa the lock is broken, and we couldn't access the trout stream because the door was permanently locked.
