good location , right next to the MRT

Room is next to the main road in front of BTS Phrom Phong, you are literally next to the the gates when you look outside the hotel window. It’s by far the noisiest room I’ve stayed in in Thailand. It’s 24/7 motorbike and Tuktuk traffic noise

This was a critical factor, as we had driven in from another province and specifically needed a hotel in central Bangkok within this price range that could provide parking. We confirmed this with the hotel before making our reservation through Agoda. However, upon arrival, we were informed that no parking—free or paid—was available. At that moment, we had already driven into the busy central area, dealing with heavy traffic and no available place to stop or park. The staff did not confirm whether they could arrange a parking spot for us if we waited, nor did they offer any immediate solution. With no clear guidance and limited time—since we had work obligations to continue afterward—we had no choice but to find another hotel on our own. Following their suggestion, we booked a different hotel nearby. Approximately three hours later, the original hotel contacted us to say they had found a parking space, but by then we had already checked in elsewhere due to the earlier lack of support and information. We filed a complaint with Agoda, who reviewed the situation, acknowledged the issue, and provided partial compensation. Despite this, the hotel later refused to proceed with the refund that their staff had initially indicated would be possible. Based on our experience, the inconsistency in communication and the lack of timely assistance were concerning. We strongly recommend that future guests obtain written confirmation for essential facilities—such as parking—before booking, and ensure that all deposit and refund policies are clearly understood in advance to avoid similar situations.

Very strategic, quite despite the promiximity from the BTS, clean, polite staff, and whatnot.

Knew about this hotel for years and finally tried it out. Everything was great but traffic noise was loud even for my soi - facing room
