Everything was amazing. Employees were really nice and helpful. Close to eveything (shops, restaurants,..! and right on the beach.

I love our stay here! worth the money! Beside the beach! and resto ‼️ The room was big and clean! The staff are all very helpful ! Shout out to David for helping us book taxi to Airport and to all the staff ‼️‼️‼️👍👍👍

Good Location , but Puerto morelos beaches are full of weed , not clean. but that's all. super ugly rooms with very bad stinky washrooms that smell like gutter.

The hotel is basic, hence the low price. The downside of our stay was that we soon realised small our bathroom window wasn’t there and had been replaced with cardboard - which led straight out to the hallway people use to access their rooms.

We arrived at this outwardly nice-ish looking hotel by the beach. However, when we arrived to our room it smelt of damp, mould on the roof by the lights, the chairs fabric was torn up, the couch’s seams were coming away from itself and the door when shut would rarely lock. We were later moved once we discovered this unusual dirt mess around the base of our toilet and around the floor of the bathroom when we returned from our afternoon out (we still don’t know what it was). Then placed in a room with uneven bumpy mattresses and a patio door that would require force to close. Both hotel rooms interiors we weathered and worn. The hotels only saving grace was it’s location and the free parking. Staff were pleasant. I would not recommend staying here until the hotel invests some money in itself and improves the state of the rooms.
