26.02.13Worsest place, I've stayed at,poor conditions,no hot water,shower trickles,very outdated,wifi sucks..awsum sized spa,no hot water,jets don't work n if ur lucky u may spot a cockroach or 2.good location as it's close to countdown and super liquor...I requested a refund n couldn't wait to get the hell out of there ✌️

26.01.18Check-in was easy and friendly. It was lovely to have an ample supply of tea, coffee and sugar (no milk). There was plenty of hot water. The towels, linen, pillows were clean and soft, though one so-far unused towel vanished partway through our stay.
The doorhandles on bathroom and toilet were either not working or missing entirely. The microwave heated food but was not working properly.
I keep a clean and tidy home, motels are usually cleaner still than our place. Had my house been as grubby as this unit when I had (particularly expected) visitors, I would have been very embarrassed indeed.
On our last morning, without knocking, housekeeping was about to walk into the room at 8am. While I was sleeping, my partner caught the opening door and warned them it was still occupied.

26.01.16this unit has been up graded nicely painted from and older unit but again is value for money Unit very hot lack of air conditioning but will stay there again

26.04.27Nice spot to say but unfortunately the room we stayed in had a number of damaged items in the room. Kitchen draws broken, Door handle was broken on one of the doors, Rubbish bin hadn't been emptied prior to our arrival, The spa had a ring of dirt around it, the plug for the spa was stuffed.

금방 온다고 하고는 호스트는 오지도 않았고.
냉장고가 작동하지 않았고
침구 상태는 앉을 수도 없을 상태였습니다.
침대에는 배드버그가 있고
언제 세탁했는지 모르겠네요
아이들과 도저히 이 숙소를 사용할 수 없어서
급하게 다른 숙소를 알아봐서 이동했어요.
2박 돈만 날렸네요.

26.03.09Check-in time started at 2pm and I arrived shortly after that time to find the office locked. I emailed and staff arrived about 15-20 mins later. They were able to accommodate my request for a ground level room as I have had 1 hip replacement and another looming and found stairs difficult with luggage. The spa bathtub advertised was not available and looked like it had been out of commission for a while. The whole property had an air of having seen better days as the entry way was comprised of broken pavement. Also no warning about the small ants invading the room although bug spray was available (did not find that right away). The area was quiet enough but of all the properties I stayed at during my 3 weeks on the north island this is the only one I would not recommend nor would I use again.
