I would like to share my experience during my recent stay at Hotel Conforto.
First of all, I would like to apologize for my own mistake in booking a single room without a bathroom for 3 days, which caused some inconvenience. Upon check-in, I wrote in to request if there was any possibility to upgrade to a double room and asked how to make the extra payment. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response.
The TV in the room was not functioning well. When I moved to the double room on the 4th day, I found the linens and bath towel were not very clean, and I even experienced a face infection, possibly from bites. The toilet floor was also quite slippery, and I nearly fell.
In addition, the staff were not friendly, with no smiles or greetings, which made the stay feel unwelcoming. My room was assigned next to the reception counter, and it was rather noisy. Despite booking the room in advance, I was informed that no rooms were available upon arrival.
The only positive point I can mention is that the shower water pressure was good.
Overall, I hope the management can look into improving cleanliness, staff hospitality, and communication with guests.
25.10.16 Room is big and clean. Bed is comfortable.
Toilet is also big, but water heater is not hot enough, only warm water.
And no extra pillows, to rent one it's 10.00 which is expensive, other hotels is free.
25.10.13 The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, but cleanliness was a major issue during the stay. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the housekeeping left much to be desired, and the room size felt cramped. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, and the amenities not meet expectations, thought hot water was consistently available. Overall, there are significant improvements needed for a better experience.
