26.04.12The apartment is conveniently located about 450 metres from Barcelona Nord Bus Station, with several tapas restaurants and grocery shops right next door.
There is no reception on-site, so entry to the building depends on completing the check-in process in advance. You’ll need to contact the hotel team via email or phone to receive instructions. Access is managed through a mobile app, which you’ll use to unlock both the building entrance and the apartment door.
We stayed in a 2BHK apartment, which was spacious and comfortable. However, the kitchen could benefit from a better range of utensils. There were also a few design concerns: the bathroom doors could not be locked, which was inconvenient, and the main entrance door could not be secured from the inside.
Additionally, there is a city tax of approximately €10.5 per adult per night.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, though the property felt slightly overpriced for what it offers.

25.10.14수건을 추가로 주지는 않아요. 위치는 사그라다파밀리에 가깝고 아주 좋아요. 건물이 조금 오래된것 같은데 괜찮아요. 식사해먹을수 있는 냄비 등있어요. 직원이 상주하진 않으나 이메일이나 전화로 연락해요 직원분은 이메일로 친절하고 공항에서 호텔까지 41유로로 미리불러 줬고 택시 기사님이 비행기가 30분 연착인데 친절하게 기다려주셨어요

23.04.27There’s no reception table. In the arrival day we had no answer around 2 hours by 4 telephone numbers, whatsapp, email and telephone inside the hall. Only Agoda support helped us. Then… no soap, shampoo and others in the room. Few towels. No tea/coffee/water. No everyday cleaning. Furniture in bath was decayed, mold, very loud ventilation. Uncomfortable bed with a gap between the mattresses. Non-working TV. Expensive accommodation. And finally they are charged very high city tax. They explained this that they are 5* hotel.
