Facilities need to be updated on the website. The below description from the website is not correct. Spa pool not available to use, hot door pool not heated, no lothes washing facilites to use, back door by the kitchen deadlocked, unable to open.

There is no reception at the location. To check in, you need to call the provided number and then go to the Ambassador Thermal Motel, which is a 20-minute walk from the Fernleaf Motel, to collect the key. This was not communicated in advance, even though they claimed to have sent a message. Additionally, there were cockroaches in the room.

객실에서 바퀴벌레 나왔고 날벌레는 너무 심하게 많고 방은 너무 어둡고 노후되었고 상주하면서 관리하는 직원도 없어서 체크인도 모텔에서 20분 걸리는 곳까지 가야합니다. 물론 그래서 체크아웃 후 짐 맡기는 곳도 20분 가서 맡겨야해요. 차가 있는 사람은 그나마 괜찮겠지만 뚜벅이에는 비추입니다. 싼 가격이 이유가 있어요. 그래도 일박에 십만원 넘게 주고 잡았는데 돈 조금 더 주고 그냥 딴곳 갈 걸 그랬어요.
