24.05.19G-Tower/Gardenview Executives please re-open this place. Amenities, location and everything is top notch! Me and my partner have been visiting your area a few times a month since March 2023 and its been a great experience so far.
24.01.23 Firstly positives . the location is good, walking distance or a short trike to everywhere, complementary water and coffee.
Negatives . The room was ok , the price is cheap so can’t expect much . However it wasn’t cleaned to an exceptional standard , bed and pillow was uncomfortable , torn sheets , it was a little noisy that you could hear people outside the room . I also had an issue on my last day that the TV did not work all day , I was planning to have a night in so wasn’t much I could do without the TV . I told the staff to inform management I can’t stay like that and would be checking out early , I asked for a partial refund seeing as I’m having to check out early due to not having a TV to watch that night , the management refused which was a surprise to me .
Ok price , ok hotel but I wouldn’t recommend it .
