Their staff is accommodating. He waited for us to arrive as we arrived late in Cebu. Don't expect too much from their facilities, as their rates are budget-friendly. The bathrooms are well kept even if they are shared by several rooms in their inn. The room walls are made from wood but it is surprisingly quiet during our whole stay. Spacious room with AC unit. They provide towels too. My only concern during our stay is that they allow people to drink alcoholic drinks in the shared area, which I find uncomfortable. Overall I am satisfied with what I paid for. I will book them again in our next visit in Cebu if we will only tour in the city.

Customer service is poor. Did not efficiently assist me with my concerns. The bathroom gets really hot in the morning up to afternoon. No complimentary toiletries at all! Very small room for the price.

we had a good experience even though tables, cabinets, and chairs are not available in the room. we like the comfort rooms too with shower only that, it was on a separate place. the water is abundant too. the place is peaceful. the staffs are very friendly. if you want to book here book it online because their rates will change everytime 😅. Thanks for the experience
