Great. Mineral pools, location

The room was nice, had the things you need, all clean except the kitchen had food splatter on the wall and the floor was so sticky and dirty it needs a good mop. The pool was so nice perfect temperature and clean. The hot springs were really lovely super warm and we had them to ourselves. Place was quiet. I had a mix up in my booking through Agoda where the advertised room I paid for had a spa in it, but I was given a room without one and had to still take it as no changes. It was hard to get hold of Agoda and the motel staff were not very helpful with my situation as only offered the spa room if I paid more, despite it being advertised wrong. For that reason I probably wouldn't stay again, and be careful when you book a spa room, call to check it actually does have a spa as it is advertised wrong on Agoda.

We were given a large family room with 2 queen beds and 3 singles. Kitchen appliances with utensils are good. Room and beds were ok but the mineral pool was disgusting and stinky. The outdoor thermal pool was nice though. Nice location, next to kuirau park where theres a free thermal foot bath. Overall, its ok for a night but not for long term stay

Very noisy, no soundproofing curtain in kitchen did not cover window, very little maintenance seemed done.

This accommodation is located right next to Kuirau Park, where hot springs spring up, and has a natural hot spring spa that can be used at no extra charge. I think it's a very valuable point for those who are interested in hot spring spas.
