We have stayed in the *** rooms and the *** rooms. For *** more per night, I would choose the *** "pool view" rooms. The rooms are comfortable, clean, bright with a nice view of the garden pool. Excellent place to stay!

Beautiful place with great breakfast a bit outside the city centre which means more quietness, and you can walk just over the street to see the Cambodian circus which is a must

Very poor standard of rooms, very dated and just concreate flooring. Pool area not welcoming at all and overgrown with foilage. TV has not worked since arrival and i have been told will be fixed, but nothing. Breakfast very bland and simple. Would not recommend this property to anyone, its nothing like the picture.
