Was such an amazing stay and fantastic friendly staff my daughter had the best time we stayed and extra night highly recommended

Pretty great place to stay and meet other Travellers stopping over. Big park, kids playground, swimming pool and a couple of outdoor games also. Cabins are clean and as tidy as can be. Just small things need checking eg: dish liquid, enough dinnerware provided for each room, batteries checked for remotes etc. This is our 2nd time staying here.

Everything was awesome. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and comfortable. Carport parking right outside unit.

We love staying here at All Seasons so much for the kids to do and the pool is always such a lovely temperature for us all and the spa is a bonus. This is definitely our go too when staying in Rotorua with kiddos also super clean and the staff are so lovely 10/10

I am not pleased as I checked in late on Tuesday evening at about after 8pm nearly 9pm I barely used the facilities in this place as I had a booked itinerary with my children outside of the holiday park . I brought basically my own shower & shampoo & conditioner/ extra towels, dishwashing liquid & scrubbers as I am normally extra prepared . We barely hung around the facilities . We were out all day . I am not impressed as the showers didn’t have a rubber grip to stop water from flowing out of the shower., therefore it would flood the bathroom in which we needed to use extra towels to dry this flooding up . I am not impressed as on the second day being here I was approached by staff member in which I believe could be a manager . When I checked in it was a friendly man who saw my kids & happily welcomed us . We used the swimming pool only on the second & third evening but only for an hour or so approximately , otherwise we were out all day . I was told by this lady I need to pay for two extra children about $40 . She first complimented me on what I was wearing . She said I had only booked for 2 adults in which it was only myself not another adult . When i arrived to the desk to talk to the girl who was sitting at reception she was confused as to what I was saying . The person who approached me has heard me from further away & had come to the desk to say I have to pay $180 dollars in which to my surprise was shocking . I paid more than a month ago & it was a special price as I am a member of Agoda & I have a discounted price . I have never had this issue else where . I normally book a room & I am fine . I am sharing a double bed with my two younger children & I feel this is very unfair . I had to hold my tears in as my heart broke as I was paying a large amount of money in which I was forced to pay or I had to leave & find another place to stay . I will be taking this further & I am not happy about this . I am hugely disappointed in this situation that has happened to me . Also given the fact that I barely used the facilities it’s very unfair situation to be in . This woman had mentioned I am paying for a campsite not a room price but I know this is an absolute rubbish explanation. She had furthermore said it’s for cleaning & servicing in which I didn’t get done on my room while away from our room . We didn’t need anything extra . We only used the towels in the room aswell as our own towels . I am very hurt, sad & upset of my experience as I was only trying to give my kids a good & happy experience. Although this quickly was shut down after being forced to pay $180 extra on top of my discounted price I had paid over a month ago . I am yet to speak to office in the morning upon check out to discuss further why I was charged a big huge amount when I had only booked a small room that I happily preferred . This woman has also said rudely to me that I could have booked a family room because of the number of people on our room but I was happy to book a small room as this is fine for me & my small kids aswell as the bunk bed provided . I put low for the standard of cleaning as a robe looked like it had been worn & not replaced . Also a make up smudge on the doors were still visible . I believe it needs to be cleaned more better to be charged extra at the price I was charged . I am very disappointed.
