Stayed a night and found the hotel to be a great suprise. Was lovely gardens and seaside The location is good for the theme park but pretty far from anything else Public transport was convenient enough

Access to the hotel from the elevator/escalator could benefit from some improvement.

Friendly and courteous staff at the front desk. They went out of their way to help us store our excess luggage until we come back another day. The facility is eco friendly. If I suggest a little improvement, it would be access to the hotel did not seem obvious and/or easy. Going to the hotel from the elevator/escalator was not obvious and easy with luggage. However, this did not stop me to come back again and again.

Exceptional customer service. Staff at the front desk are accommodating and very helpful. We appreciate the resort’s efforts toward sustainability (water dispenser instead of bottled water, etc). And their advocacy for the environment. We loved the location - quiet, serene, and the beach is accessible. Our kids loved it here, too. Would recommend this many times, especially for families.

Available microwave and free drinking water in the common area/lobby is a plus😍 The location is not so near the city center but accessible with bus then mtr so it should be fine. Spacious room and big beds . This is a good place just few mins commute by bus and mtr to ngong pin, citygate outlet. Also near hzmb if you plan a bus ride going to Macau
