25.11.12 This place is in disrepair. The photos and reviews are from over 10 years ago. The rooms aren't clean. The shower is mouldy. Wallpaper is peeling off. Fortunately the bed sheets were clean so we still stayed. Would not recommend though.
25.07.05 Photos and description need to be updated and are deceiving. Rooms and outdoor areas need a lot of TLC and some things are in disrepair. No Mineral pool available and is empty and dirty. Playground and its area are in disrepair and needs a lot of TLC. Gardens need some TLC aswell and there was cat poo on the driveway. Customer service and communications were amazing and welcoming. Not a bad stay but just needs a lot of TLC.
24.09.11 This pot of trash has several cottages and a reception room.When I got to this dump, no one was in the reception room, and the door was locked. There was a note on the door with a phone number to call, so I called it, and the incompetent reception staff had no idea I was checking. Why? He said that they had no relationship with Agoda, where I booked. So my reservation was not booked. He told me I could stay that night and CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR THAT NIGHT WHEN MY RESERVATION WAS CLEARLY ON AGODA. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH AGODA, THEN TAKE IT OFF THE GD WEBSITE!! I BLAME AGODA FOR THIST, TOO, AND FRANKLY I WANT MY MONEY BACK! AGODA GETS MY THUMBS DOWN FOR A TERRIBLE SITUATION AND LOOK FORWARD TO MORE BAD REVIEWS. NEVER WILL I USE YOU AGAIN!!!!!!
