The lady working the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. She even brought a new remote to our room asap when we couldn’t find it. We weren’t there long as we met up with friends in the uptown maumee area. It was a comfortable bed, shower could use a bit of upkeep, and toilet didn’t flush properly. Bed was comfy, and cool was nice and cool on a hot day. Thank you to the nice lady at the office.

Upon arrival I was given a first floor and I made a special request online for the second floor and then immediately as we walked into the room on the sheet was a bed bug. Not sure whether dead or alive so I recorded it and showed the front desk guy who seem unconcerned with it and he moved us to a different room which was filthy under the mattress
