Parking depan bilik..itu yg sy suka

Secara jujur saya suka stay sini, cuma saya terkilan dengan staff dia. Dia bagi kami bilik yg tidak sesuai. Kenapa? Masa mula2 masuk bilik tu nampak macam tidak siap, bilik 202 itu macam bilik hostel asrama. Pemanas air terlalu panas, try adjust okey dpt jg. Sekali shower dia kan suda pusing tidak dpt slow suda. Sakit badan sy kena timbak air. Cuci rambut mcm air hujan jatuh di zink bunyi dia sbb terlampau kuat nda boleh slow. Kasi terus mandi ja sbb basah sda kan, kami try call no d kaunter kasi info pasal air tu nda boleh tutup. Tp lebih 10 kali tiada yg mengangkat, kalau ya pun kaunter ttp jam 6.30 kau bawa la ba tu telefon, sy tgk telfon tu bukan sambung suis pun. Terpaksa turun, sampai kaunter berabis jg tekan lonceng. Kalau la ada kecemasan sama customer mcm mana la itu ya??? Tp dtg jg staff dia, dia tukar bilik. Bilik baru yg kami dapat lorong sebelah, baru ngam sesuai untuk dihuni. Okey la cantik, ada vibe2 hotel gitu. Kalau bilik yg mula² 202 tu serius tidak ngam, masa sy tunggu kawan sampai dalam sejam tu mcm ada mistik juga tu tempat. Dalam tandas ada bunyi kuat jatuh, di luar bawah dekat tingkap ada yg hampas². Mmg sy seram sejuk panas sy rasa, sbb tu la tunggu kawan baru berani p tandas. Tapi syukur di bilik yg baru tiada begitu, selesa, nyaman, tidur pun nyenyak. Kepada staff, cek dulu bilik ok ka nda bagi sama customer. Facilities tu sangat penting ya, ow ya kalau dengar saya nyanyi semalam sorry sbb itu saja cara sy kasi hilang takut.

We only book to stay for 1 night and its terrible. The room advertise not the same with what we get. Low maintenance. The aircond was not functioning well. The lamp stop working at night. But lit in the morning. The bed felt so itchy. Toilet was smelly. The floor was dusty. I pay rm280 for 2 rooms. For accomodation like that, with old building and far from city, its better to stay at different hotel that is same price at city centre. Dissapointed. Wish i can get refund.

the location was convenient, making it easy to explore. the staff was friendly. however, there were a few minor hiccups that could use improvement, but overall, it was a solid choice.
