26.04.17We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay at this hotel. The moment we entered our room, we found a cockroach on the bed, which was extremely off-putting. I immediately requested a room change.
Unfortunately, the second room had a strong smoke odor, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The staff were kind and offered us two additional rooms to choose from, and we eventually settled on one.
However, cleanliness remained a major issue. The bathroom was moldy and stained, and it did not seem like it had been properly cleaned. We also noticed small cockroaches in the room, but decided not to move again as it was too much trouble.
On a positive note, the location is excellent. The hotel is conveniently close to Setapak Central for shopping and near various food stalls for dining. There is also a large lake behind the hotel, which is nice for a morning jog. The location is the main reason I chose this hotel, but unfortunately, the poor cleanliness made our stay very uncomfortable.
25.12.24 Every basic, no hooks and hair dryer at the bathroom. The toilet seat is smaller than the toilet bowl, feel uncomfortable when sitting on it. One of the pillow case was tear and torn.
I chose this hotel is because I can refill the drinking water at the common area and there are many parking lots.
