This place really close to any places because located in the Central Ubud

The staff over there especially Danang is super nice and friendly. Every morning, we had amazing breakfast. But my experience there was not good as the booking page is very misleading. When choosing the room, I thought I booked the room with three-sided windows and pool view, but when we got there. We were assigned the worst room, not good view, only one window, very dark and hot, not very clean. We were so disappointed with it and were thinking to move another place but it was too late to cancel and find another place so we have to stay there for 5 nights. Then we figured out that the booking system have mixed all room picture together. We can always hear the water tank behind the room every day and night. This isis not a good experience to start our Bali trip. But we really love people there..

unexpected nice view from the room..very friendly staff

For a 10 minutes walk until the main road in Ubud, this location has a really nice garden and a little pool, making you feel in the middle of a jungle. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpfull.

숙소는 문제가 없습니다. 좋은 곳이고 직원들은 친절했어요. 다만 이 곳은 아고다에서 예약을 받지 않습니다. 오직 부킹딧컴에서 예약이 가능합니다. 저는 예약이 되어 있지 않아 이 숙소에 머물지 못했습니다.(이용 당일 숙소가 풀부킹이라 다른 숙소를 찾아야만 했습니다. 요즘 성수기라 근처 숙소는 거의 풀부킹이었고 금액은 비쌌습니다) 아고다 고객센터에 연락을 했지만 획인중이라는 메세지만 주고 제게 아무런 조치를 취해지지 않았고 처음 상담이후 고객상담 채팅 연결도 되지 않습니다. 심지아 아고다에서 지불이 완료되었고 지불된 금액은 부킹 닷컴의 2.5배 가격이었습니다. 아고다가 이 예약에 대한 보상을 제대로 해주기 바랍니다. 전 아고다가 이 문제를 제대로 해결하고 다이상 저와 같은 피해자가 생기지 않기를 바랍니다. 아고다는 제게 연락 주시기 바랍니다. (숙소 직원은 제가 다른 숙소를 찾는 동안 캐리어를 맡아주었습니다. )
