Stayed one night, staff was very kind and accommodating.

Spotlessly clean, great staff, very helpful security, good food, a shuttle that runs too and from Fields Avenue every evening. All great reasons to keep using and recommending this hotel.

The staff is amazing and very accommodating

Booked a deluxe room with pool access. But as per hotel extra beds are not allowed. So I upgrade our room into superior double terrace with pool access with a minimal additional payment via hotels whatsapp a night before our booking. I requested for a room on a ground floor since we have a pwd companion. The hotel staff assured me that night that the said room upgrade will be hold onto us and we will settle the payment once we arrived at the facility. I assume that everything is alright then. But, the day of our checkin about 3hrs before our check in time, the staff message me that the room upgrade was not booked due to problem on their end. So I ask what room they could offer us on GF then, upon checking there will be a 2.5k additional if I choose the studio unit on GF which is more expensive than my previous add on rate of 3h plus (Superior double terace). Had no choice but to stay at 3F of the hotel with 1.2k plus additional fee. When I ask if theres a view of pool from our room, the staff said there is a balcony that pool can be view. So i expected that theres a pool view, until we went to our room and upon checking the balcony our view is the roof. Then I call.the front desk right away to raise my concern, and said their fam room has no pool view. (Which is not explained to me when I was still at the FD) Just got disapppointed on how the front desk staff response to us. They said the next time we book, we must book directly on their hotel.
