The location really works well for me. There's an ATM at the door which is so convenient. Not having anywhere to hang a towel in the bathroom seemed odd. But the thing that really got me was the lowlife smoker that ruined this non smoking room. There were air fresheners in it the whole 6 days I was there but it didn't shift the foul smell of smoke. It was so bad that leaving my case open with exposed clothing meant they absorbed the smell of smoke too. It's not the condos fault they had a completely ignorant guest, but it's annoying it was still bad enough to affect my belongings.

Would recommend for long term stay. Great location to other areas. Easy access and travel to from airport walking street bars clubs.

Spacious room. Excellent stay. Close to everything. Good for its price. Though the traffic going there is really bad during rush hour.

I highly recommend this place. Their executive room is so nice. Perfect for a family of 3. Malinis- wala kaming nakitang ipis sa entire 2 nights na stay, tahimik ang lugar, maganda ang aircon sa sala, at mabait ang staff. Siguro ang nakita ko lng na things to improve is may oras na mahina ang pressure ng tubig lalo na sa 2nd level ng room namin which is andun ang bathroom. May kulay din ang tubig sa gripo nung unang bukas namin sa umaga pero nung lagi na namin nabubuksan okay naman na, at ang aircon sa kwarto medyo maingay pero working as intended naman at ansarap pa rin ng tulog namin.

I have stayed at Elyseah condo previously and had a good stay as the room is nice, the only issues I experienced was the low to No water pressure most of the time and the drain in the shower drains the water extremely slowly, I booked this condo again after visiting Cebu and Boracay, I booked on agoda for 1 night and I extended for a further 6 nights at the hotel, During my stay on the 3rd night I encountered a scam issue with a guest, I immediately asked the staff to assist me which they did not assist me and rather only sided with the scammer guest and did not even listen to the issue I had encountered. I contacted the owner to kindly call the police, but the owner also refused and said I should go to the police station myself! As a foreign guest visiting the Philippines I had No assistance whatsoever from the hotel staff and from the owner, As a result I just checked out of the hotel half way through my stay as I felt completely unsafe in a foreign country, (I did not dare ask for a refund (***) for the balance of my booking as it was a really bad, frightening experience engaging with the hotel receptionist and the owner who refused to assist me) (The owner also falsely accused me) If safety is your concern while traveling I would not recommend Elyseah Condo based on my experience.
