I had a good stay at Hotel Splendid. The gentleman at check in was friendly and helped me sort out my Riviera Card right away. David, the manager, was kind and quick to respond to my messages, and he was welcoming when I saw him at breakfast. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and right next to the lake. The staff, including the lady at the corner, were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was nice, the lift worked fine, and there was always hot water. The location is convenient, with the Christmas market just a few steps away. My stay was short, but I liked the hotel and would stay here again when I come back to Montreux. Thank you.

Other than its great location, everything else was mediocre.

The toilet was very small, but the room was spacious, and everything that we needed, like a kettle, was available. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
