26.05.20 It is a B&B-style hotel. The hotel's system is too complicated. The address listed in the reservation system is different from the address provided after the booking is confirmed. Furthermore, the staff only work from 10 AM to 7 PM. Of course, you can call to ask for help, though. Vivo owns several buildings in Grenada; some buildings only have guest rooms without a reception, while others do. If you need to use the luggage storage service, you have to drag your bags to a different building. Of course, the staff are trying their best for the guests. The problem is the system.
26.05.08 Great apartment, fantastic location, helpful staff. Problems were their instructions for parking location would never have led us there. Had to ask a parking lot attendant where it was (after driving around an hour and multiple conversations with the staff) who pointed around a corner and up a street which was not where we were told it was. Otherwise great place.

다만, 뜨거운물을 20-30분 사용 후부터 뜨거운 물 잘 안나와요
