25.02.15My husband and I have had a wonderful stay at this special southern Lake Taupo resort. The location by the lake is spectacular.
The resort restaurant was an added bonus serving delicious food and wine by friendly staff.
By far the best accommodation we have had in New Zealand.
24.12.22 We needed a few days for a break from the world and found it at Oreti! Absolute tranquility, waking up to the incredible dawn bird chorus, phenomenal views, exceptional accommodation. We arrived stressed and tired, and left 3 days later refreshed and rejuvinated.

24.07.13 We had a lovely stay at Oreti. The house was well appointed with everything needed for a short or long stay. It was a chilly winter stay so the electric blankets were on, and we could have used some radiant heaters in the rooms too. This was a minor issue and our accommodation was great in all other respects.
24.07.03 Our stay was fantastic. The resort’s facilities were excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient and rooms were spacious and clean. Overall it was a great value for money.
