The hotel's location was excellent, allowing me to explore the city conveniently. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room size was comfortable, and the hot water was consistent. However, the bathroom and housekeeping could use some improvement.

How fast the hotel staff reply to your messages is entirely a matter of luck, as there is no reception desk and they will never answer your call. The check-in time is 2 hours later than what was stated on the hotel's website. The room was unclean, with used soap and shower gel, and the shower area was stained with yellow markings. Additionally, despite claiming to offer luggage storage, the hotel does not actually provide this service. The staff's attitude was frustrating, as they did not seem to take any responsibility or offer apologies for the issues. Overall, the information posted about the hotel appears to be completely fake, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hello, I would like to share my very bad experience at this hotel. Upon my arrival on the first day, the door was not opened for me and no one answered my calls, despite informing the hotel of my arrival time. I had to go and rent a room at another hotel. The next day, I returned to the hotel and was given a room. However, my experience was extremely poor: There are no cleaning services. The room is very dirty and in a terrible condition. There is no one at the reception, and no one answers your calls. I advise you to be cautious and look for a better hotel than this one. Best regards,
